A 1-Year Adventure

This is not a class.
This is not a program.

This is a 12-month adventure.

The Inner Circle is, just like life, a ride. And you can think of us as adventurers in a game we are playing together—one that unfolds over one full year, with changing landscapes, seasons, and levels of difficulty. Each woman enters our game with her own strengths, challenges, and natural tendencies, which means every journey will look a little different as the monthly topics change. You can join at any time. It will be the ride of your life!

How to Play - Over the course of a year, we explore what it means to live both in and out of balance—not as a fixed label, but as a living, evolving map. Along the way, we learn to practice simple daily habits: gentle self-care routines, emotional regulating tools to ease stress, healthy boundary-setting, and effective communication styles, cooking for the season, decluttering your home. These practices help us build supportive systems, so we can move through our lives with greater steadiness and ease.

So, what are our obstacles, you ask? Problems and trials will come up for you over the year that will range from Easy to Hard. How we face these, will be dependent on the patterns and behaviors that we have to work with. This is a game of self-study and awareness.

Our ultimate goal: Freedom.

Each month’s habit will include optional quests, or small-group adventures. We journey together. We enjoy the ride!
